Admin: Kira Welcome to the land of Canderis. This is a place where no human has ever set foot. Here, two races have dominated the planet and come to a head. There can be only one. Right? For nearly 2000 years, the Morpans and the Feridians have been at war with each other. No one is quite sure anymore how it started, but the fact remains that there has not been peace in Canderis since the fighting started. Which side will you choose? Perhaps you will prefer to stay out of it altogether. Now is the time to choose. Season: Spring

The day had been long and Kuma was ready for it to be over. He lay down in the shade beneath a tree near the shore of Veerin Lake. He had wandered here without even really knowing where he was going. He scented other Feridians, but their scents were so faded, he wondered if he hadn't dreamt them up. Slowly, he placed his head on his paws and closed his eyes.

Sleeping was the best thing for him right now. With the temperatures warming as it moved closer to summer, he was already feeling the heat. It didn't help, of course, that he had a heavy coat that hadn't shed out all the way yet. He was deep in his dream and didn't hear the approach of the other.
